Our principles

Leadership

The Volga Group Corporation is one of three largest players on the Samara construction market. Our company covers about 20% of the Samara residential housing sales market. In 2007 the Volga Group’s turnover exceeded 1 billion rubles. In 2008, over 500,000 m² of buildings have been built, including 27 blocks of flats, 4 commercial buildings and 1,200 cottages.

Complex approach

Our corporation carries out a full range of construction works and actively develops and improves its own production base. We use our own machinery and cranes at construction sites. The Volga Group Corporation is preparing to build a gas concrete production plant to supply high-quality and low-cost construction materials throughout the Samara region. A full production cycle will allow a 50% cut in the cost of certain construction works, which will, in turn, bring prices down for our customers.

High standards

The company’s management system is based on a combination of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) Standard and the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Standard that the company was certified for in November 2008. The company uses an electronic system for managing projects, information and paperwork. In 2008 the company moved over to the International Financial Reporting System. The Volga Group has introduced a highly effective client service system engaging various sales channels (own offices, agent network, franchising network), certified specialists, having secured servicing on the basis of mortgage programs. Our objective is to ensure work of European quality.
